生於香港，林靖嵐是一位舞者及編舞，舞蹈靈感來自生活四周及不同舞蹈類型和背景。她從小習舞並接受多項舞種培訓，包括芭蕾舞、中國舞、現代舞、及拉丁舞等。她畢業於英國華威大學法律系及倫敦聖三一拉邦音樂舞蹈學院。
林氏曾於不同國際舞蹈比賽中獲獎及獎學金，並獲邀到世界各地的藝術節作演出。她熱衷跟不同背景及範疇的藝術家和表演者合作，不論是舞蹈、音樂、寫作、設計各方面等，她都深感興趣去探討及挑戰藝術的無限可能性。自2020年回香港工作後，她曾跟不同藝術團體，編舞家，音樂家及時裝設計師等合作。
林靖嵐現於香港工作，現為一名自由身舞者，編舞及導師。近期演出包括鄧樹榮戲劇工作室《薄伽梵歌》及《李爾王》、香港藝術節及x香港舞蹈團編導的《兩生花》、HKU Guild x 香港芭蕾舞團《夢由》、意大利舞團 imPerfect Dancers Company 創作及鄧樹榮戲劇工作室製作的《哈姆雷特》、新約舞流《Maze 3.0》及陳輝陽x女聲合唱《人來人往》演唱會等。
Born in Hong Kong, Jasmine is a dancer and choreographer, dance educator and model. Trained in ballet, chinese dance, contemporary, jazz and latin dance, her works incorporate a wide range of movement styles. She has been featured in dance films, exhibitions, musicals and dance and drama performances etc. Jasmine continues to create works and collaborations that aspire to examine contemporary themes and questions.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick, and thereafter received her Graduate Diploma in Dance from the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Throughout the years, she has received awards and scholarships from international competitions and has been invited to perform at art festivals globally.
She enjoys collaborating with different artists - performers, musicians, designers, and writers etc. to experiment and challenge the unlimited possibilities of the artistic world. Upon her return to Hong Kong in 2020, she has since then worked and collaborated with various art organisations, choreographers, musicians and designers.
Jasmine currently works as an independent dance artist in both Hong Kong and London. Her recent performances include Bhagavad Gita and King Lear by Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio, Love Streams by the Hong Kong Arts Festival and the Hong Kong Dance Company, Walking on Air by the Hong Kong Ballet and HKU Guild, Hamlet presented by Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio and created by the imPerfect Dancers Company in Italy, Maze 3.0 by Passoverdance and Chan Fai Young x Women’s Choir Concert People Come People Go etc.
