Inspired by one of Hong Kong’s National Intangible Cultural Heritage – the Fire Dragon Dance, this piece aims to spread the message and value passed down by this tradition. Through the use of different props, resembling the fire dragon and incense, designed by local scenographer Peggy Ho, dancers and choreographers hope to bring alive the values of perseverance and determination rooted amongst the Chinese community.

舞蹈以非物質文化遺產「舞火龍」為主體。編導李艾琳為今次的演出邀請了本港藝術裝置設計師何婷婷小姐以特別物料共同研究和製作了舞蹈中的「火龍」及非燃燒性「香燭」， 讓演員更自如輕巧地與道具配合，在舞台上重現藝術加工後的火龍舞。把舞火龍的喻義,精神及意境呈現在舞台上，表現不畏逆境，奮力向前的華夏民族精神。
